If someone has sent you a payment or you've requested a payment, you'll be able to withdraw the funds into your bank account once they've cleared into the ShieldPay Vault. This will only happen when both parties agree that the transaction has taken place.
When you're ready to withdraw the funds, we'll ask you for your bank account details. These must be for a bank account registered in your name. We'll do a quick validation in the background just to make sure you've entered the details correctly.
You can keep the funds in the ShieldPay Vault for as long as you wish. We do not charge for holding your money for you, but we also do not pay interest on that money.
Once you've withdrawn your funds, they will arrive in your bank account within one business day.
