In the "My Account" section of Shieldpay.com, you're able to change all of your log in details. Below are the steps to change your email address, phone number, password and PIN. You need to be logged in to your account to access the "My Account" area.
Email address and mobile phone number:
In the first "My Account" section you can add a new email address or phone number. When you’ve made the desired changes, make sure you click "Submit" at the bottom of the page to ensure that your changes are saved.
If you for any reason need to change these details and aren’t able to log in, please contact Customer Support.
Password and PIN:
In the "Security" section you can change your password and PIN number. To change either of these you will need to enter your current/old password or PIN. You can request to reset your Password if you’ve forgotten it, do this by clicking the "Having Trouble Logging In?" link on the sign in page. You will need to enter your PIN to reset your password.
