You will be asked to choose a password and a six digit PIN when you first sign up to ShieldPay. These make your account extra secure as they're two different pieces of information that only you know. We’ll never ask you for your password or PIN in any conversation with our support team.
You’ll be prompted for your PIN at the following occasions:
- Resetting your password, if you forget it or need to change it
- Withdrawing funds from the ShieldPay Vault

- Signing into your account online at www.shieldpay.com
- Signing into your account on the ShieldPay App
